The circuit Morondava - Bekopaka is full of surprises. From the descent of the Tsiribihina River to the more or less sporty visit to the Big Tsingy, the circuit fascinates the adventurers. In the gorges of the Small Tsingy, the amazement will be experienced. Four or five days are required for that exclusive itinerary.

Day  1 : Paris - Antananarivo
Arrival at the airport, reception and assistance by our team. Transfer to the hotel. Briefing about your holiday in Madagascar. In case of a late flight, the briefing of your holiday will be given the morning after before the departure. Dinner and night at the hotel.

Day  2 : Antananarivo - Morondava
After the breakfast, transfer to the airport for an interior flight towards Morondava.
Reception at the airport as soon as we arrive. Visit to the city and enjoying the sunset along the Baobab Avenue at the end of the afternoon. Settling down at the hotel.

Day  3 : Morondava - Bekopaka
Breakfast very early in the morning, and then, heading towards Bekopaka. A stopover at Tsimafana, the port of anchoring of the ferries travelling across the Tsiribihina River. The visitors are invited to the pleasant crossing of this river up to Belo sur Tsiribihina. The lunch break will be enjoyed as soon as we arrive there. Then the journey will continue towards the bank of the Manambolo River which will be reached after four or five hours’ track from Belo sur Tsiribihina. Then again we will get on board a ferry to reach Bekopaka. When we arrive there, we will settle down at a hotel for three nights.

Day  4 :  From Bekopaka to the small Tsingy
The Tsingy of Bemaraha are mainly formed by karstic rocks shaped by the erosion all along the millennia.
To start with, we must discover the Tsingy with a canoe ride across the Manambolo River not to forget to stop along for the visit of the many caves.
Then, a series of small trekkings in the Small Tsingy with the guides of the Park. The latter houses 53 identified bird species, unusual reptiles, about ten varieties of the lemurs, with the spotlight on the Decken which is identifiable through its white colour, and the six species of which are among the very rare species in Madagascar.
We will return to the hotel in the middle of the afternoon.

Day  5 : Bekopaka toward the conquest of the Big Tsingy
The Small Tsingy is easier to reach. But the Big Tsingy deserves a detour. A trek preceded by a 17-kilometre track will lead us into the heart of the Big Tsingy.
This vast series of rocks of cutting strips makes up one the most breathtaking landscapes of Madagascar. Requiring a good physical condition, indeed the ascent is not easy, but the beauty of the view is worth the climb. We will get back to the departure point at the end of the afternoon.

Day  6 : Bekopaka - Belo sur Tsiribihina - Morondava
After the crossing of the Manambolo River, the return to Morondava will be on the track. In Belo sur Tsiribihina, crossing of the river to go to Tsimafana and then Morondava. The journey on board an all-terrain vehicle will pass by the famous Baobab-in-Love and some Mahafaly tombs. We will never forget to drive across the Baobab Avenue at sunset. Settling down at the hotel.

Day  7 : Morondava - Antananarivo
We will take an interior flight to get back to Antananarivo. Depending on the arrival hour, a visit to the upper city will give you information about the history of the country, through the remains of the Palace of Manjakamiadana and the Palace of Andafiavaratra. Transfer to the hotel.

Day  8 : Antananarivo - Paris
If time permitting, it would be possible to have a visit to the Rova of Ambohimanga. After the visit, a walk to the craft market of “The Digue” to buy some souvenirs of Madagascar. Transfer to the airport depending on the flight hour.
